Found I walked in the forest So for me there, And nothing to look for This was my intention. I saw in the shadow stand a flower, shining like stars, How beautiful little eyes. I wanted to break it, Then it says fine: Shall I wither To be broken? I dug with everyone The little spice out. I carried it to the garden At the pretty house . And plant it again In the quiet place; Now it always branches And continues to bloom. Found: I went into the woods simply to stroll, not searching for anything, my wandering mind not out on forest patrol in the shadows I saw a floweret standing. dazzling as any star, its bright eyes gleaming I wanted to pick it but then it said: 'shall I be withered, broken and dead? ' I dug it up with all the roots of its rich loam, carried it to the garden in my lovely home and planted it again in that silent place; now it spreads out its flowers, blooming in strength and grace Ich ging im Walde So für mich hin, Und nichts zu suchen, Das war mein Sinn.
